Nick Hyde is a Wellington-based artist who is releasing his debut album "The Mountain" in November. His songs come straight from the heart, with thoughtful, soulful lyrics that draw inspiration from his personal experiences in life. With a muscial style inspired by the likes of Ryan Adams, the Goo Goo Dolls and Ed Sheeran, Nick blends elements of alternative rock with deep acoustic melodies and raw, emotional vocals to create a unique New Zealand sound.

Paul Adams, a well-known Taranaki pianist noted for his jazz chops and has worked extensively as a musician and music teacher. He performed for many years with the NP Ritz Big Band, is a member of Banana Mundo afro-punk latino dance band, playing keyboard and piano accordion and is one of the pianists for the Starlights jazz band at The Fitz Bar,  New Plymouth. 

He played with On the Corner jazz band, a long running NP jazz ensemble and has often paired with Ross Halliday and Stewart Maunder to provide grown up jazz for a variety of events. 

Free entry, so pencil in Friday 3rd May for a fabulous evening of jazz, tasty food and fabulous beverages.
